About the Tea Party Swim Meet

The Tea Party Meet features a great mix of competition and fun, typically starting on Friday night with a welcome reception at one of Boston's South End restaurants or bars. On Saturday morning, let the games begin — the pool opens for warm-ups at 7:00 a.m. and competition continues through the afternoon. On Saturday evening LANES hosts an amazing dinner event — At TP3 in 2008 we hosted a cocktail/dinner/dancing cruise around Boston harbor on ship appropriately named "The Majestic Princess" — not kidding. Then it's on to a night of dancing around Boston. On Sunday, the team hosts a farewell brunch to officially close the event and say our good-byes...until 2012 or the next IGLA event!
